We take great care in creating your personalized Item and will engrave your chosen wording exactly as you send them to us. Therefore we do not offer refunds or exchanges on personalised items. Unless we make a mistake our end, then of course we will offer you a full refund or send you a replacement item.
If you would like to exchange or refund a non personalised item please contact us at email@example.com within 14 days of receiving your item.
On the rare occasion you may receive a faulty item please contact us straight away for a replacement to be sent.
How to return your item
Please return the item to us in its original packaging. Be sure to include your name, order number and contact details.
- Make sure you send any returns via a ‘Signed For’ service and keep your proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for postal losses.

Once we have received your item we will issue you a refund which can take between 1-7 days.
To limit the possibility of disappointment please read the following:
- Please check your order details carefully. In particular ensure text is entered as you would like it to be engraved, If you leave the engraving field blank then no engraving will be added.
